Well done Paul Gillespie, you've done a great job. It is too bad you're going, but in reading this article I get the sense that you are fully confident in the team you have created. Otherwise, you wouldn't be leaving.

Not only are you retiring, but you'll be creating an international training centre to train law enforcement officials world-wide so they can catch the sick bastards who victimize children.
